Well done on an excellent kit. So nice to see something different and a great change from only knowing about Romanian SS units. Off to research Romanian WW2 units :D

Taken at Route To Victory. We are normally badged up as Royal Norfolks & Royal Warwicks but for this show as 5/Coldstream Guards.

Am yet to get hold of anything airsoft related as to be honest got abit going on in reenacting world at the moment.

What do you get if your cross some british infantry and a M4 Sherman?

I reflect on the battle just past and of the fallen on that field of red.

Guardsman Thatcher & Myself showing the folks back home that victory is what we want!!!!

I can thoroughly recommend the loadout for airsoft... lovely and cool in the hot weather and no, I didn't get shot in the knees...

(The gas mask bag is excellent for storing misc junk... I had a pistol, mesh mask, bag of bbs and my BFG reloads in it... :))

Aye, to be honest, I was dripping with sweat on Sunday in my woollens - it was very close.

There was a lot less ribaldry than I thought there would be!

Helga, I don't do civvie shorts... :)

BTW, that's the second time I've worn the uniform... first was as F&O CQB in Manchester... I didn't get too much ribaldry then either... :)

I'm looking for some Brit tropical kit for my APFU impression...

Here's me in my Tanker kit:

First Type Coveralls,
Sleeveless summer shirt
M1938 Tanker Helmet
M1938 Tanker Goggles "Resistal"
HS-23 Headset (R-14 Receivers)
SW-141 Push-To-Talk Switch and T-30(?) Throat Mic
Pistol Belt with the basics (First Aid, Pistol Pouch)
Holster can be an M3 or an M7 or even an M1916(those make it harder to climb in and out)
Leggings (optional)
Roughouts

Last weekend during the Dutch Army Open Days at the Army Base in Oirschot. I spent most of the weekend in and around that tank. Drove it forwards and backwards a few times for the public. :D
It was taken with my Speed Graphic with a Polaroid attachment shooting Fuji FP-100B film.

There are some more shots of the event on my website
